HOW TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE?

Shoe designs (also called shoe last) vary widely and matching insoles and shoes is never a precise science.

Unlike regular removable insoles, Carbon Fiber Insole is a flat spring plate with limited flexibility. Therefore, we strongly suggest using length and width rather than shoe size to determine the size of the insole to purchase.
